At Kings Farm Day Nursery and Kids Club it is our philosophy that during the time your child shares with us that that we encourage, nurture and excite the curiosity within us all.

Our aim is to be as flexible as possible to enable parents to resume a work life balance with as little hindrance as possible. We aim to create a homely environment where we all care for each other.

Kings Farm Day Nursery and Kids Club is situated in the village of Long Bennington, with close access to the A1, seven miles north of Grantham and six miles south of Newark. The building is a former farm house that has been professionally converted with the emphasis on safety.

Nursery Rooms

The Hedhehogs room adult to child ratio is 1:3 for under 2’s and 1:4 for under 3’s. Resources are carefully selected to encourage and nurture your child’s needs.
The Buglins room adult to child ratio is 1:8 for children 3 to school age and 1:4 for children 2 to 3 years. There is a more formal approach to learning following the guidelines or the EYFS, activities are based around children’s interests, knowledge and abilities.

Badgers

There is a vast age range of children attending the Badgers, ranging from when they first start school up to leaving primary school. The children enjoy a wide range of activities from small world play to construction, crafts, games consoles and playing outside.
During the school holidays we plan trips and outings, competitions, cooking activities, face painting and lots more for children attending the Badgers.

Parents Comments

"Thank You for everything you’ve done for me during my 4 years at Kings Farm especially the last 7 months. I started nursey as a very shy little girl who wouldn’t say ‘boo’ to a goose but look at me now? I have the confidence I need to be starting school and it’s all down to you. Thank You from the bottom of my heart. "
"I just wanted to write this to say thank you for looking after me and supporting me since I was a baby. I wish I could return with something as special as what you have done for me but it would be like trying to buy love with money. So I am going to say thank you instead and don’t you dare think I will forget you because you will stick with me always."
